企业商务英语团培—洛阳拖研所

2018年2月28日，新年刚刚过去，我们走入了洛阳拖拉机研究院。在紧接着的6个月里，环雅人将携手拖研所人共同开启他们的商务英语之旅。


在洛阳拖拉机研究所有限公司领导信任下，洛阳环球教育应邀，肩负起商务英语培训的职责。此次是第一期商务英语团体培训班，总共23位学员。


此次培训更侧重培养学员的实践能力。将从外国友人日常寒暄开始，由浅入深，到之后的电子邮件往来以及商务洽谈，均会给予各位学员充分展示自己的机会，帮助大家提升自己，获取更佳的工作机遇！

虽然培训刚刚开始一个多月的时间，但是大家对英语学习的热情已经是一发不可收拾了哦~~~

王梦华Sunny：

1 . NO pains no gains,but sometimes effort don’t get paid for it, right? Because learning requires a methods to learn.

2. You have to be thick-skinned, in other words,you would like not to be shy and to speak up loudly and bravely.

3. Learning of oral English should be like eating which does three times every day or more.

4. Tell yourself you are the best and smile at yourself in a mirror. You say hello to yourself like others.

段华威（Selina）:

真的非常荣幸能有机会参加这次英语培训，很感谢我的单位和我的英语老师。以前在学校，无论是初高中还是大学，英语课上都是主要听老师说，听、写远多于说，而在我们课堂上，绝大部分时间是我们学生在讲，老师也鼓励我们不要怕出错只要能说出来，对于提高我们的口语有很大帮助。在平时上课中我也能看出其他同学的长处，有的同学词汇量很大，这是我最欠缺的，有的同学发音很好听，有的同学认真积极，都是我要学习的地方。通过本次的培训，我希望我的英语听说能力能有一个质的飞跃。

要敢于说出来哦~~说的多了就会成长的


杨茵（Sherry）：

In the whole English training , I felt good. All of our colleagues love  teaching style of Lucas, an interesting way. Every class he bought different storys or shared his crazy experience in US to us. That was the most exciting part during each class! He used his special way to introduce how to learn English  and practice speaking English. Furthermore，he teach us how to improve our vocabulary use-method. It's very useful. After class, he requested us do the homework depend on the book's knowledge and read the article on the book everyday.  

英语原版阅读是特别棒的提高方式哦~~~


胡友耀  （Jerry）:

自从加入商务英语初级班学习以来，一个半月的时间里，课堂上在学习常用商务社交单词、词句的同时，最重要的是锻炼了自己的英语口语，相比之前说出的中国式英语，有时候也能说出一些英美思维式的英语。但毕竟存在母语影响，在说英语之前，还会想一遍再说，不可避免夹杂母语思维。

基本每天会看BBC之类的网站，学习英美人的思维表达方式，在通过向微信群里发音频的方式，不断锻炼自己的，读、写、说的能力，即从网站读内容，写下来要说的话，不断录音，最后得出最佳剪辑。加上课堂上的场景模拟对话，也在不断锻炼自己的思维、口语能力。非常喜欢此种形式的学习。

兴趣才是提高学习的最大动力哈！~


李俊龙（ L i ）:

From the beginning of the class till now， it is already running one and half a month. During this period, I learned many knowledge from my teacher Lucas. He shared many stories about Spain and America，from that I learned the different cultures. During this progress, my listening English was improved. Lucas asked us to introduce ourselves, try to speak to a stranger and perform a meeting and a negotiation. The new words on book got exercised and remembered in class. Lucas let us prepare stories and share them with classmates as homework every weekend. So everyone had a chance to make a presentation. By this way, I learned many new words and corrected my pronunciation. I think that my speaking English will also be improved in the future.

屈磊Rey：

第一次参加这种英语培训，颠覆了我对英文学习的看法，课堂轻松愉快，大家从最开始的不敢表达，到现在的畅所欲言，每个人都不知不觉的进步了。Coco老师很负责任，善于调动大家英语表达的积极性，她的pronunciation更是不用说了，简直great上天。我很enjoy在课堂上的时光，并且很expect下一次的课程。环球教育U worth to have!

雷军（Roger）:

I’m glad to have this opportunity to learn Business English. At the beginning of this course, I had set my goals that I would try my best to learn the course of Business English. I seldom use English for many years. However, jwith developing of international economy in China, our company needs a large number of excellent negotiator in English.

In the beginning, I could not chase up the rhythm of Mark's teaching, since I had not learned English for a long time. Through the course, I had learned many professional words in English business . For example, First contact，visiting a company，negotiations，and so on. Mark, my English teacher, he told us a lot of interesting stories about himself and his hometown. I learned a lot from the courses.Knowledge has no limit，it’s never too late to learn.  For the course, I’d like to suggest that we could have a practical operation in the end of the training.

或许，学完之后可以去国外走一走呢？


陈嵩 Angela：

在第一次课上我感到有些紧张和羞涩，所以不好意思开口讲英语。COCO老师为我们营造了比较轻松的上课氛围，让我们从自我介绍开始轮流发言，鼓励每个人都开口说英语。之后COCO老师根据不同的课程主题安排不同形式的教学内容，例如个人发言、情景对话、场景模拟等，让每个人都能积极参与都能发言，并给予大家鼓励和赞扬。渐渐的我发现了变化，随着彼此的熟悉，每个人之间的交流增加了，所有同学都主动的在课堂上发言，课后每个人也都积极且高质量的完成每日作业。我相信随着课程的进展，大家的英语会有明显的进步。

哈哈~~~最重要的是变得不再羞涩了哈~


陈静芳（Jennifer ）：

Before taking part in the English group, I never think that studying can be so interesting ,positive and fantastic like this.

Our first class started on Feb ,28th and I'm in group A. A young man named Mark help us to review the phonetic symbol .We practised again and again. I became exciting and aspiring instead of shy and awkward I felt before. The nice atmosphere gave us confidence and we could have fun in the subsequent learning trip.

The second class we met our teacher Lucas, a tall tidy man with pure American accent. We introduced each other and shared personal goals and dreams sincerely. Lucas used his fluent native spoken English to teach us the foreign culture, habits, and some situation we might faced in the futhre.

Different chapters we been taught in different ways. When we talking about negotiation, we dived into three groups and made different plays. It was interesting and effective. Soon we mastered the key expressions by ourselves. The relationship between colleagues became more friendly and we all thanks for our teacher Lucas. He is really a good teacher and helpful friends. He advised us try to read original novel in English. We read the novel Brian's winter. Although Lucas is friendly and enlightened all the time, he treated our homework strictly. We are getting better every day.

The organizer and head teacher also gave us lots of help.They were considering our require and solving all kinds of problems after class.

Rome wasn't built in a day. On the road of English learning, we'll meet more and more challenges in the future. However, it doesn't matter, we are enjoying the trip together.
